We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes become effective once posted on this website, so please review them regularly before each booking.

DEFINITIONS

Class / Course: Any Pilates class, workshop, or session offered by us or on our behalf.
Credit: Packages or plans purchased through our website and used to book classes.
Services: The classes, sessions, and other offerings made available through this website.
Studio: Any of our physical locations or venues as published on our website from time to time.

USE OF OUR CLASSES

You agree to comply with our studio and class rules, including opening hours, conduct, and safety policies.

Class times, instructors, and formats may change at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate your participation if your behavior breaches these Terms or affects the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

We may temporarily close the studio or cancel classes for maintenance, cleaning, or reasons beyond our control.
We will provide notice whenever possible.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Our instructors are not medically qualified.
If you have any concerns about your health or fitness level, please consult a doctor before joining.

By attending classes, you confirm that:

You are in reasonable physical condition.
You have no medical condition that would make exercise unsafe.
You accept responsibility for your own wellbeing during participation.

You must follow instructor guidance at all times.
Floé Pilates reserves the right to refuse class entry if your health or safety appears at risk.

Floé Pilates is not responsible for injury, illness, or medical conditions resulting from class participation.

CREDITS & BOOKINGS

To book a class, you must have at least one valid Credit in your account.
Each class requires one Credit.

Credits can be purchased individually or in bundles through our website.
All Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Credits and bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

We may adjust pricing or offers at any time without prior notice.
If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, unused credits will be forfeited.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

For safety and flow of the class:

Arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class to set up and get oriented.
Be checked in and ready at least 3 minutes before class start time.

Late entry is not permitted once a class begins.
No refunds or credit returns will be issued for missed classes.

CANCELLATIONS & WAITLISTS

You may cancel a booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled class to receive your Credit back.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the class will result in the loss of that Credit.

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
If a space opens, you’ll be notified and automatically added once you confirm attendance.

GOODS AND RETURNS

If you purchase goods (such as apparel or accessories) from our studio, you may return unused and undamaged itemswithin 7 days with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in Floé Pilates classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks.
You agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Floé Pilates and its instructors are not liable for:

Injury, illness, or death arising from participation (unless caused by proven negligence).
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at the studio.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

Using our website includes browsing, registering, or booking online.
We make every effort to ensure the information provided is accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions.

You may only use our website for lawful, personal purposes.
Do not copy, modify, or use any content for commercial gain without our permission.

We may suspend or restrict website access at any time without notice.

YOUR ACCOUNT & PASSWORD

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Do not share your credentials with others.

If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, logos, and materials on this website are owned by Floé Pilates or its licensors.
They are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the website without written consent.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

You bring personal belongings to the studio at your own risk.
Floé Pilates is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of items left on the premises.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Floé Pilates regarding your use of our website and services.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by Cypriot law, with the place of jurisdiction in Nicosia, Cyprus.

PROMOTIONS & OFFERS

Floé Pilates reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, offer, or competition at any time without prior notice.
